They are looking for a BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, strong support around them, and a package that rewards good work.What's on offer:Up to $97,000 base salarySign-on bonus of $5,000 to $10,000Tiered bonus scheme tied to billable hours, paid monthlyRetention bonus availableBillable target of 25 hours per weekSmall caseloadCenter-based, Monday to Friday, no weekends or late nightsLaptop providedMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveDisability, life, and other voluntary benefits401(k) with company matchWhat you'll be doing:Providing direct supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians, and managing a small caseload of your ownReviewing session data with staff and families, interpreting the results, and adjusting each individualized treatment plan accordinglyObserving sessions and holding regular team meetings with staff and familiesAdvising families on any concerns about treatment, behavior change, or staffingYou will have a Clinical Manager behind you for administrative support, scheduling help, and day-to-day caseload assistance, so more of your time goes to clinical work.What you'll bring:Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBA master's degreeActive xhyhwjd CT LBA licensure, or eligibility to obtain it before your start dateAt least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needsWorking knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theory, instructional methods, and ethical and legal standardsConfident with Microsoft Office and ABA data platformsAble to meet the physical demands of hands-on work, including time on the floor, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods, and occasionally lifting children up to 50 lbsTo be considered, click apply or send your resume directly to
