As a Brand Expression Designer focused on digital commerce and social, you’ll be a hands‑on creative who brings brand stories to life through bold visuals, sharp craft, and platform‑native thinking. You’ll design content that doesn’t just look good – it performs, connects, and moves people. You’ll work inside a fast‑moving, in‑house design studio that operates with startup energy and agency‑level ambition, backed by the scale, reach, and purpose of P&G brands used by millions every day. If you’re socially fluent, creatively restless, obsessed with craft, and excited by the idea of seeing your work live everywhere – this role is for you.What You’ll DoCreate scroll‑stopping brand expression across social, paid media, and digital commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond).Design platform‑native content (static, simple motion, short‑form video, and digital shelf assets) optimized for how people actually behave online.Translate brand strategy, product benefits, and cultural moments into clear, compelling visual ideas.Work quickly and iteratively, responding to briefs, trends, and performance insights with speed and creativity.Maintain and elevate brand consistency while pushing visual systems forward in fresh, modern ways.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners who hold significant knowledge in performance marketing, data, design strategy, media, among others.Use AI‑powered tools (Adobe Firefly and beyond) to accelerate ideation, iteration, and execution – AI is part of the workflow, not a side project.Iterate work based on feedback, testing, and performance signals to continuously improve impact.Own your work from concept through final delivery, with pride in craft and attention to detail.What Makes This Role DifferentHigh visibility, real impact: Your work goes live fast and reaches millions.Culture‑forward: We design for real people, real feeds, and real behaviors – not hypothetical decks.Creative ownership: You’re trusted to make, experiment, and evolve ideas.Modern tools + mindset: sprints, AI, rapid prototyping, and new experiments are encouraged.Volume & variety: Multiple brands, platforms, and creative challenges (you’ll never be bored!).A place to grow: Learn from senior creatives, expand your skillset, and build a portfolio that actually reflects how brands win today.Job QualificationsWhat You BringBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related creative fieldA design portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy) across various touchpoints, including digital/social.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and/or any other motion platforms is highly preferred).Proficiency or experience with motion, animation, product visualization, or short‑form video.A social‑native mindset — you understand trends, formats, and why things work in feeds.Curiosity, learning agility, and openness to experimenting with AI‑powered creative tools.Ability to manage multiple projects, move fast, and stay organized without losing craft.A collaborative, positive energy — you like making things together and making them better.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
