Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health issues. This includes students facing academic pressures, adults dealing with workplace stress, and individuals recovering from addiction. Your therapeutic efforts will be crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies and fostering resilience in both academic and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

  To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is required.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively connect with and support clients.

  The ability to build meaningful and therapeutic relationships with clients is vital for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum required experience is 3 years, candidates with a background in evidence-based therapeutic practices or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given priority. Experience with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
