\n \nBrokerHunter is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an independent financial services firm in Port Jefferson, Long Island seeking ambitious professionals who want to build a long-term career as a Financial Advisor .
\n \nThis is an in-office opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the financial services business, develop client relationships, and ultimately build a business of their own.
\nYou do not need an existing book of business, millions of dollars in AUM, or 10 years of financial services experience.
\n \nWhat you do need is ambition, discipline, strong relationship-building skills, and the desire to learn how to build a business.
\n \nBuild Relationships First
\n \nThe opportunity goes beyond simply finding assets to manage.
\n \nAdvisors learn how to identify a variety of financial needs within their network and connect clients with appropriate solutions and resources, including:
\n \nThe goal is to build long-term client relationships and develop a business that can grow beyond a traditional AUM-only practice.
\n \nWho We're Looking For
\n \nThis is a trainee-level opportunity , so previous financial services experience is helpful but not required .
\n \nCandidates may come from backgrounds such as sales, banking, insurance, real estate, business development, entrepreneurship, hospitality, professional services, or other relationship-driven careers.
