An insurance agency in Boston seeks an experienced commercial property and casualty insurance professional to manage their non-sales operations. As Insurance Agency Operations and Client Service Manager , you’re involved with initiatives that help the agency grow its client base, achieve a high level of retention, and operate efficiently behind the scenes to ensure consistent and seamless service delivery.
