ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level. That journey shaped how I lead today: I value initiative, accountability, teamwork, and giving people the opportunity to grow and be heard.
I’m a graduate of Ole Miss, and I bring a practical, people-first leadership style into the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tailor Solbrack - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
